Erythropoietin Research
EPO Purification
Preanalytical purification of EPO, epoetins, Aranesp and Mircera from complex biological specimens
Unique disposable EPO affinity tools for rapid and easy-to-use purifications
Regenerable Anti-EPO Purification Gel for large sample volumes
EPO Quantification
Our EPO lateral flow immunoassay is rapid and ultra-sensitive, and requires no additional equipment when used for semi-quantitative detection. The short reaction time (15 min.) makes it suitable for e.g. measuring EPO in ultra filtered urine retentate to obtain optimal IEF application amount.
Antibodies
Our mouse monoclonal anti-human Erythropoietin (EPO) antibodies are suitable for highly sensitive immunoassays as well as solid phase affinity ligands for efficient capturing of EPO from biological specimens.
EPO WGA MAIIA
Our novel EPO WGA MAIIA method can rapidly identify the presence of trace amounts of aberrant EPO in all biological specimens. Kidney produced EPO can be distinguished from EPO produced in the liver. EPO produced in the human body can be distinguished from several types of externally introduced EPO:s and EPO-analogues.
Ultrasensitive Lateral Flow Tests
Carbon Black Nano-Strings
Our unique Carbon Black Nano-Strings easily binds antibodies to their large surface area and can be used as ultra-sensitive labels for quantitative lateral flow and array tests, as an alternative to gold and fluorescent particles.
Urine Analysis
Urine Precipitate Dissolvation buffer
Precipitates of different colours and shapes commonly appear in urine specimens and may bind large amounts of substances, especially proteins. Our Urine Precipitate Dissolvation (UPD) buffer rapidly dissolves the precipitates and make the bound substances accessible for analysis.
