EPO Purification Kit

The small disposable anti-EPO column from MAIIA Diagnostics provides an easy-to-use tool for purifying and concentrating EPO from 20 mL urine or 2 mL serum to 55 µL eluate with high EPO recovery.

The anti-EPO column contains a 6 µL monolith (Ø 7 mm, height 0.15 mm) with immobilized monoclonal anti-EPO antibody 3F6 which very specifically captures both endogenous and recombinant human EPO.

The unique anti-EPO columns are delivered together with the buffers required in order to speed up the process, secure the stability of EPO and to ensure that EPO isoforms and analogues will be retained in the eluate after desorption. 24 purifications can easily be simultaneously handled using the suggested 24-columns vacuum manifold. Desorption is performed by a micro centrifuge.

The anti-EPO column contains a thin monolith with anti-EPO 3F6 immobilized.
